As the owner of an established German company, Vladimir has successfully expanded the business through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and long-term commercial development. His experience spans executive management, business strategy, finance, operations, team leadership, and the development of lasting professional relationships. With additional experience in trading and investment-related businesses, Vladimir brings a broad international and commercial perspective to Beyond Life Legacy. As Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors, Vladimir leads the Company’s strategic direction and business development, with a focus on building strong partnerships, scalable operations, and sustainable long-term growth.

Ella Enikeev

Ella Enikeev is an experienced entrepreneur and business executive with a strong background in accounting, financial management, corporate leadership, and business development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Eastern Washington University and began her entrepreneurial career at the age of 19, when she established her first business in Germany. Since then, she has owned and operated several businesses, building extensive experience in finance, operations, strategic planning, and organizational growth. Her professional background also includes experience with mergers and acquisitions, complementing her expertise in financial management and corporate strategy. As Chairwoman of the Board and Chief Financial Officer of Beyond Life Legacy, Inc., Ella provides Board leadership and financial oversight while helping guide the Company’s corporate strategy, responsible growth, and long-term development.

As Corporate Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors, he supports effective corporate governance, organizational coordination, and the Company’s continued development and growth.

Yahya Ishaque is a technology professional with more than six years of experience at Amazon Development Center, specializing in technical analysis, data analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvement. His experience includes supporting Alexa-related technical operations and collaborating across cross-functional teams. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and brings strong analytical, problem-solving, and technology expertise to the Board of Beyond Life Legacy.

Denis Bednyagin, PhD

Denis Bednyagin is an international investment and business professional with more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, investment management, M&A, technology, and international business development. He has served on investment committees and advised companies and investors on corporate valuation, equity and debt financing, venture capital, risk assessment, and corporate strategy. Denis holds a PhD in Economics of Innovation from EPFL in Switzerland and also serves as an Adjunct Professor and Lecturer. As an Independent Director of Beyond Life Legacy, Inc., he brings extensive financial, investment, and strategic expertise to the Board and serves as a member of the Company’s Audit Committee.
