How an Investment Works
A transparent view of the process — from first interest to registered shares. Availability of any offering is subject to applicable securities laws; participation may be limited to verified accredited investors.
1 · Introduction
You leave your contact details and receive an overview of the company and, when available, offering materials.
2 · Indication of interest
You indicate the amount you are considering. This is not a commitment — it helps us plan the round.
3 · Verification
Identity verification (KYC) and, where required by Regulation D 506(c), verification of accredited investor status by documentation.
4 · Documents and signature
You review the offering documents and sign the Subscription Agreement electronically, together with the required tax forms.
5 · Funding
Funds are transferred by bank wire using the details stated in your signed agreement — never from an email.
6 · Shares registered
After funds clear, your shares are recorded with the Company’s transfer agent and you receive written confirmation.
